From the beginning, we’ve focused on giving everyone the tools, guidance, and support they need to reach their goals in a vibrant and engaging environment. We don’t rely on contracts or gimmicks — people stick around because they see real progress and feel part of something bigger.

Abonten offers training for all levels. Private 1-1 sessions give you fully personalised guidance, while small group sessions let you train with friends in a more private setting. Our larger group sessions provide a fun, energetic atmosphere that keeps everyone motivated. We also offer boxing, MMA, BJJ, self-defence, and more upon request.
We provide boxing gloves for all sessions, but we recommend bringing handwraps or picking up a pair from us when you arrive — it’s the best way to protect your hands and get set up properly. Don’t forget water too, and bring your best mindset — we can’t do the hard work for you, but we’ll make sure you leave feeling like a champ!
For our free public group sessions, there’s no need to book — just turn up and join in, it’s that simple. For private 1-1 or small group sessions, you’ll need to book in advance so we can reserve your spot and tailor the session to your goals. Booking also helps us make sure the session runs smoothly and everyone gets the attention they need.
Absolutely. All our sessions are designed to welcome everyone, no matter your experience level. Our coaches will guide you through each move, help you build confidence, and make sure you progress safely while having fun.
Wear comfortable, breathable sportswear that allows you to move freely. Trainers or suitable athletic shoes are recommended, and don’t forget to bring water to stay hydrated. Gloves and handwraps are provided if needed, or you can purchase your own from us.
